Exercise classes in Poole
If you like exercising with an instructor, you'll love our timetable of fitness classes. We have all the classics, covering cardio, strength, mobility and conditioning, as well as yoga and Pilates. We also offer special Signature Classes, exclusively designed for David Lloyd Clubs. For those days when you can't make it to the Club, we have a full range of at-home exercise classes on the David Lloyd Clubs app.
Tennis courts & coaching
Beginners and experienced players alike will find plenty to enjoy with our tennis facilities in Poole. You can brush up your skills or learn as a beginner on our indoor and outdoor courts, and there are plenty of social tennis activities. We also offer badminton, squash and pickleball.
