After more than a decade navigating life with Ankylosing Spondylitis (a form of spinal arthritis), Ben founded Your Life Matters, a coaching practice designed to support people living with chronic pain, fatigue, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
What began as a personal journey has become a powerful mission: to help others feel seen, heard, and supported, especially when their pain is invisible to the outside world.
“I founded Your Life Matters after becoming a father and realising I wanted more than just survival, I wanted to thrive. And I wanted others to know they could too.”
Many of Ben’s clients come to him feeling stuck. This can be physically, emotionally, or mentally. Chronic illness affects every aspect of life, from relationships to work to self-worth. Through 1:1 coaching, Ben helps clients manage that overwhelm and gently rebuild their lives.
