Investing in the Next Generation

Alongside these senior hires, Coles Miller continues to invest in the next generation of legal professionals through its Trainee Solicitor Scheme.

Each year, the firm offers a comprehensive two-year training programme beginning in September. Trainees rotate through four six-month ‘seats,’ covering both contentious and non-contentious areas of law, gaining hands-on experience and discovering where their individual strengths lie.

With regular mentoring and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers, trainees are encouraged to grow into confident and capable solicitors.
