Frettens solicitors now open in Wimborne

On Monday 5th January Frettens officially opened the (rather bright) doors to their new Wimborne office.

Wimborne becomes the firm’s third location, alongside their existing Christchurch and Ringwood offices.

Wimborne an “obvious next step”

"We already have many clients and partners in and around Wimborne, and many of our team live here, so opening an office in the town is an obvious step.” Says Clare Hallett, Partner and head of the new office in Wimborne.

“It also means that, alongside our Christchurch and Ringwood offices, we are well-placed to service clients from across the whole BCP conurbation" 

A full-service law firm in central Wimborne

Frettens will offer their full range of services for businesses and individuals from the town centre location, just off the main square in Church Street. 

“We love the town and love the space we have moved into. We can’t wait to build on the existing relationships we have in Wimborne and become an integral part of the local business community, like we have in Christchurch and Ringwood.” 

Over 20 staff will be based in the office, with room for up to 40 as the firm continues to expand.

Becoming the largest law firm in Wimborne

Matt Fretten, Managing Partner on what the new office means for recruitment at the growing firm:

“One of the main benefits of having an office on this side of Bournemouth is recruitment. We have grown significantly over the past few years and now have over 120 staff. 

However, we speak to a lot of people who are based on the Western side of the conurbation who we would love to work with, but feel the commute to Christchurch or Ringwood is a bit much. 

We have a number of positions advertised and are interested in anyone who is bright, personable, and feels like they could be a good fit at Frettens. Our aim is to fill the office and become the largest firm in the town.”
