Your Total Guide To business

Growing Together: My Experience at the Evolve Growth Forum
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to attend the Evolve Growth Forum alongside other local business leaders, and it’s been such a valuable experience I wanted to share it with other local business owners and leaders.
The sessions, hosted at Evolve’s beautiful Town House in Poole, have focused on key topics that are shaping how we do business today:
-
Growth Strategy & Strategic Thinking
-
AI & Automation
-
Leadership in a Modern World
Each workshop has offered something unique; a blend of practical insights, thought-provoking discussion brilliantly hosted by David Mutton, and shared experiences from other business owners and professionals who truly get it.
More Than Learning - Real Connections
What has stood out most is the community atmosphere. Evolve has created a space where business leaders can openly share challenges, explore ideas, and support each other. It’s networking in the best sense genuine conversations, shared learning, and mutual encouragement.
As a local business owner, I’ve found it incredibly valuable to take time away from the day-to-day operations to work on the business instead of just in it. The sessions have prompted fresh thinking and inspired new approaches that I can bring back to my own team.
One of the things I really appreciate about the Evolve Growth Forum is that it’s not “death by PowerPoint.” The sessions are interactive, collaborative, and conversational; designed to get everyone thinking, talking, and contributing. Instead of being talked at, you’re part of a discussion that draws on the collective experience in the room. It feels dynamic and engaging, and you leave each session with ideas shaped not just by the speakers, but by the group as a whole.
