Mock Employment Tribunal

The Employment and HR Services Team are delighted to invite you to attend a live mock Employment Tribunal hearing held in conjunction with barristers’ chambers, 3PB.

The team will be joined by three barristers from Chambers assuming the role of Employment Judge, Claimant's representative, and Respondent's representative as they play out the stages of a hearing.

You will see how a Tribunal operates including witness evidence, cross-examination and judgment in a realistic case study based on acts of sexual harassment.

During the day you will also get an opportunity to ask questions, provide your own comments and vote on which way you are most swayed by the evidence. This is also a great opportunity to gain an insight into common mistakes which can cause issues at hearing - helping you learn how best to ensure your business can defend a claim.
