Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping teams and leaders thrive. Deeply fascinated by how people think, feel, and work—something she’s often described as a bit of a geek about—she leverages these insights to enhance working relationships, increase engagement, and drive performance.

Lisa's background includes leading large-scale HR transformation, talent management, and leadership development initiatives. As a licensed practitioner of Core Strengths SDI 2.0, Thomas International, and Hogan Assessments, she uses psychometric insights to uncover behaviours, motivations, and leadership potential—helping teams connect, collaborate, and succeed.
