Purbeck Cider - A Touch of Gold

Purbeck cider have launched Purbeck Gold, with the award-winning Horse & Groom pub in Wareham being the first pub to offer the sparkling medium sweet cider on tap.

Purbeck Gold is the new branding for Purbeck No.10. Using local apple varieties including Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Harry Masters Jersey, this golden launch delivers hints of toffee apple on the nose.

Dozens of guests from the hospitality and tourist trade in Dorset attended the launch party at the Horse and Groom, which has just been voted East Dorset’s rural pub of the season for winter 2024 by the Campaign for Real Ale.

This was Purbeck Cider’s first launch party for one of their products but they couldn't miss such a golden opportunity. They plan to get this latest addition into many more pubs across Dorset and Hampshire, making it a brand which could become synonymous with the county.
