Rockley Point Activity Centre provides school and group activity trips in the UK and France, holiday camps and residential holidays, RYA courses, Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Outdoor Adventure) and Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeships.

Established in 1976, nestled in the picturesque Poole Harbour, Rockley Point stands as a beacon of excellence in sailing. Renowned as one of Britain's premier sailing centres, it boasts access to some of the safest and most serene waters in the UK.

Rockley Point serves as the hub for their RYA training and instructor programs, educational trips for schools and groups, college courses, and rental services for the public.

School Trips

Rockley Adventure offers a safe, secure and exciting setting for young people to enjoy a residential trip away from home. Their exciting multi-activity and ski trips offer diverse learning experiences which empower young people to take on new challenges and succeed outside the classroom. Such experiences as part of their education enhances their progress in learning and provides a powerful opportunity for personal growth and development.

Kids School Holiday Camps (Day)

They offer a range of watersports and land based kids holiday camps across their three centres in Dorset - Rockley Point, Poole Park and Buddens which run throughout the school holidays from Easter to the summer holidays. Activities will differ slightly depending on centre with Buddens also offering land based activities as well as water activities.

They accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare.

Courses & Activities

They offer an extensive range of courses and activities for children and adults alike! From RYA learning to sail courses and instructor qualifications to paddle sports, target sports, multi activity days and family camping.

Rockley Point Campus

Their courses are designed to prepare you for an exciting career in outdoor sports, with the extended diploma being equivalent to three A-levels. Whether you choose to continue to university or step directly into the outdoor, leisure, or sports industry you can be confident that the skills and knowledge gained with them will set you on the right path.

Beach Club Hire

Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Poole Park Lake or have some fun just off Rockley Point beach - there is something for everyone to enjoy on the water for all the family!

They offer the following equipment for hire, prices are per boat/board:

• Pedalos - £16 - 30 mins (Only available at Poole Park)
• Stand up paddleboards - £16 - 30 mins / £21 - 55 mins
• Kayaks - £16 - 30 mins / £22 - 55 mins
• Canoes - £16 - 30 mins / £22 - 55 mins
• Sailing dinghies - Single - £28 - 55 mins / Double - £42 - 55 mins
• Windsurf beginner - £30 - 55 mins (Only available at Rockley Point)
• Motor boat hire - £70 - 60 mins (Only available at Rockley Point)
