Eye Bridge Wimborne

Eye Bridge carries the flow of the River Stour and is a great location near Poole for wild swimming, canoeing, and stand-up paddle-boarding with its gentle current and mix of shallows and deeper areas making it accessible to all swimmers.

Cutt Mill Wild Swimming

The Mill has a rich history and has stood the test of time having previously been owned by millers and bakers in the lead-up to the Second World War.
Now it is one of the most naturally beautiful swimming locations found anywhere near Poole with its mix of shallow and deep areas providing a great experience for those of all swimming abilities.

Aqua-Natal Classes

Information: When pregnant it can be hard to find ways to keep yourself fit with so much red-tape hung across some of our most-loved exercises and activities, but with Individuality Swimming's aqua-natal classes, you can get in a full body workout in a safe and relaxed environment meaning great news for both you and baby. This low-impact class combines all fitness components into one session with none of the stresses or strains on the body that you are advised against during your pregnancy.
Each session is 45 minutes long with classes booked on a pay-as-you-go system meaning you're able to come and go as you and baby please.
