Sweet & Salty | Yoga & Sauna at Noisy Lobster

A morning wellbeing experience combining a sea-view yoga session with breathwork and sound meditation at The Noisy Lobster, followed by sauna, sea dips and snacks at Saltwater Saunas.

Sweet & Salty | Yoga & Sauna offers an uplifting morning experience that begins with a 1.5-hour yoga session led by Samara with sea views, breathwork and sound meditation, held upstairs at The Noisy Lobster.

After yoga, the experience continues with sauna, sea dips and snacks at The Saltwater Saunas. A mat and snack are provided, and all levels are welcome.
