New glow-in-the-dark mini golf in Weymouth

A new indoor attraction opens in Weymouth, Dorset, Monday, 23 March 2026, offering a fun, immersive family experience.

GLOBALLS, a popular glow-in-the-dark mini golf concept already well established in Brighton, is officially opening its new Weymouth venue on Monday, 23 March 2026, with doors opening from 12pm. Located at 68 St Thomas Street in the heart of Weymouth town centre, just a short walk from the seafront and beach, it adds a new option to the list of things to do in Weymouth for both locals and visitors.

A new kind of mini golf experience

Unlike traditional mini golf, GLOBALLS is a fully indoor, glow-in-the-dark experience designed to be immersive, social and suitable for all ages. Inside, visitors step into a vibrant, neon world filled with colour, character and larger-than-life features, turning a simple round of mini golf into an interactive, Instagram-friendly activity.

The Weymouth venue will feature two themed 12-hole courses:

• ZooZilla – an exotic animal-themed course filled with glowing creatures and playful features.

• Dinotopia – a prehistoric-inspired course where towering dinosaurs dominate the landscape.

Both courses are designed to be accessible for a wide range of ages and abilities, making them an easy option for family days out in Dorset, kids’ activities in Weymouth, and relaxed games with friends or workmates.

Designed for all-weather, year-round fun

Because the attraction is completely indoors, it’s ideal for rainy day activities, school holiday fun and cooler evenings by the sea. Whether it’s a damp afternoon, a half-term treat, or an evening activity with friends after a meal in town, GLOBALLS offers a flexible, weather-proof option in Weymouth.

Most visits last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on group size and the number of courses you choose to play. That makes it easy to combine with shopping, a stroll along the beach, time on Weymouth seafront or other local things to do in Dorset.

A boost to Weymouth’s family leisure offer

The arrival of GLOBALLS adds to Weymouth’s growing mix of indoor attractions and family entertainment. With its central location and focus on shared experiences, it’s set to appeal to a wide audience - from local Dorset families and children to couples, groups of friends and visitors looking for something different to do in the area.

As more people seek interactive, experience-led activities, GLOBALLS brings a new family-friendly indoor attraction to the Dorset coast, alongside the town’s established seaside favourites. It’s also likely to prove popular for birthday parties, celebrations and group outings, offering a fun, low-pressure activity that everyone can join in with.

Planning your visit

GLOBALLS Weymouth opens on Monday, 23 March 2026, with advance bookings available online. Tickets start from around £8.95 per person, with options for single games, multiple-course visits, group packages and celebrations.

Advance booking is recommended, especially at weekends and during school holidays, as these are peak times for family days out and kids’ activities in Weymouth. For Dorset residents and visitors alike, this new glow-in-the-dark mini golf venue offers a fun, all-weather addition to the list of things to do in Weymouth, whatever the forecast.
