Christmas has arrived in Bournemouth - and so has Skate Bournemouth

A few of the kids popped down after school and had the best time gliding across the UK’s longest real ice rink, now an impressive 70 m long in the Lower Gardens. With a brand-new layout, there’s a separate skate-hire marquee complete with its own toilets, and the viewing platform is bigger than ever, giving everyone plenty of space to soak up the festive atmosphere.

Afterwards, make sure to warm up in the cosy Moguls Alpine Bar, where you can enjoy festive cocktails, mulled drinks, hot chocolate and plenty of Christmas cheer.

Then head over to Bournemouth Christmas Market to keep the magic going - with twinkling lights, gorgeous stalls and seasonal treats, it’s the perfect way to carry on the festive fun!
