Candles in the Community is an annual remembrance event bringing people together to remember loved ones and celebrate their lives. The evening includes live entertainment, festive refreshments and the opportunity to dedicate a candle in memory of someone special, helping support Lewis-Manning Hospice Care services for local patients and families facing life-limiting illness.
