REVIEW: Lemur Landings Tower Park, a brilliant Indoor Soft Play in Poole
If you’re looking for indoor activities for the kids in Dorset, Lemur Landings at Tower Park in Poole is a fantastic all-weather option for families.
We took our girls (8 and 5) to the soft play and Valentine’s Disco and it was such a fun way to kick off the school holidays.
The best part? The disco was included in the normal entry price. So they got full access to the soft play as usual, plus a full-on disco experience - without paying extra for a special event ticket. In a world where everything seems to be an add-on, this felt like fantastic value.
The disco itself was brilliant. Party classics, K-pop favourites (a huge hit with my 8-year-old), 90s and 00s throwbacks for the parents, bubbles filling the dance floor and games like limbo getting everyone involved. The energy in the room was amazing.
What worked so well was that the children could dip in and out of the disco and the play areas whenever they wanted. One minute they were dancing under the lights, the next they were racing back up the climbing frames. It keeps things exciting and means no one gets bored.
Safe to say they slept very well last night.
For parents, it ticks the boxes too. The café was open, there’s plenty of seating with great views of the soft play area, and lots of space. My husband even managed to get a bit of work done while I joined the girls on the dance floor. It’s relaxed, well organised and easy.
Lemur Landings is open as normal throughout half term, so you can visit anytime - but their themed discos run at the start of most school holidays, and are such a fun way to kick things off. Definitely worth keeping an eye on their upcoming dates.
Being based at Tower Park in Poole makes it even better. There’s loads of free parking right outside and you can easily turn it into a full family day out with Splashdown indoor water park, the cinema, bowling and plenty of restaurants.
We headed to Nando’s afterwards to refuel after all that energy burning - always a family favourite and great to see it buzzing. The staff were really great and the food was on point as always. The kids menu is just £7.95 too!
If you’re searching for indoor activities in Dorset, Lemur Landings is a solid choice.
