Jewellery brand Kooky Bloom are opening their second store in Weymouth
The new store will be based in Weymouth Town Centre on St Alban Street, owner Sophie Mitchell announced the news on her social media, explaining that they hope to open on 15th June with a celebration of fizz, goody bags, and Mr. Blobby donuts.
She said: “We are very excited to be opening the Weymouth store. It’s my home town, where I had my first job, so, to have a little store here seems surreal.”
Kooky Bloom already have a beautiful store in the beautiful historic town of Dorchester which will still remain open.
Sophie started creating jewellery during lockdown to help her with her mental health and financially through a tough time.
Sophie said: “It started as a little hobby which I shared on my social media. People then started to ask if they could purchase my makes, which was amazing so I decided on a launch date and they sold out within minutes.
I’ve always worked in and been very interested in fashion and flowers from a young age. It’s been a dream to find a way to combine the two!”
