Poole Quay was transformed into a glittering sea of candlelight this weekend, as Lewis-Manning Hospice Care hosted their much-loved Candles on the Quay event.

With hundreds of flickering lights reflecting off the water, live music drifting through the air, and families coming together to celebrate loved ones, it was one of the most atmospheric evenings of the year.

Candles on the Quay is one of Dorset’s most moving annual events. Attendees are invited to light a candle in memory of someone special, creating a shimmering display stretching along the water’s edge.

With Poole Harbour as the backdrop and the quay buzzing with warmth and community spirit, the evening felt both emotional and uplifting.
