ONE WEEK TO GO: Beach Fest Bournemouth Returns for a Huge Weekend of Live Music, Sport and Family Fun
Bournemouth is getting ready for one of the biggest weekends of the summer, with just one week to go until Beach Fest Bournemouth returns to the beach from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th August 2026.
Bringing together live music, beachside entertainment, sport, food and drink and plenty of summer atmosphere, Beach Fest is set to transform Bournemouth Beach into a three-day celebration for families, friends and music lovers.
Known as the UK’s #1 beach sports and music festival, Beach Fest has grown significantly since launching in 2021, evolving from its beach soccer roots into a major summer event combining music, sport and entertainment on the South Coast.
Three Days of Live Music by the Sea
This year’s music programme is packed with tribute performances celebrating some of the world’s biggest artists, with a different line-up to enjoy each day.
Friday 14th August kicks off the weekend with tributes to Bob Marley, Rihanna, Maroon 5 and Coldplay, bringing everything from reggae classics to huge pop and rock anthems to Bournemouth Beach.
The entertainment continues on Saturday 15th August, with tributes to The Cranberries, Ed Sheeran, Dance Monkey and Bruno Mars.
Sunday Family Fun Day
Families are firmly on the agenda for Sunday 16th August, when Beach Fest hosts its Family Fun Day.
The Sunday line-up features tributes to Sabrina Carpenter, K-Pop Superstars, Ariana Grande, McFly and Dua Lipa, making it a brilliant summer holiday day out for younger festival-goers and their families.
Children under five can also attend for free.
More Than Just Music
Beach Fest isn't only about what's happening on stage. Across the weekend, visitors can expect a lively beachfront festival atmosphere complete with food and drink vendors, family entertainment, VIP experiences and beach sport.
The Prime UK Beach Soccer Championship will also take place as part of Beach Fest across Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August, continuing the sporting heritage at the heart of the festival.
With Bournemouth's coastline providing the backdrop, visitors can spend the weekend enjoying music, sport and entertainment just metres from the sea.
Affordable Summer Entertainment
Tickets have been designed to make the festival accessible for groups, couples and families looking for something different to do this summer.
Early Bird day tickets start from £10 plus booking fee, while weekend tickets are available from £25 plus booking fee.
Groups looking to upgrade their experience can also choose VIP tickets, with packages available for up to six people.
With just one week remaining until the festival gets underway, those planning to attend are encouraged to secure their tickets and start planning their weekend.
