Community Weekend at Swanage Railway

Join Swanage Railway on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February 2026 for their much loved Community Weekend - a rare chance to peek behind the scenes of a working heritage railway. Over both days, they’ll be opening doors that are normally closed to visitors, with plenty to explore across the whole line.

A chance for families to meet our volunteers, explore the railway, and enjoy a relaxed, hands-on introduction to how the railway works.
