They offer a variety of guided water based trips, adventurous days out and instructor personal development courses. Climbing Wall which is suitable for children and adults of all different abilities, whether you’re a novice climber or an experienced climber.

The Cave is a unique and exciting replication of caving in the wild, but in a safe and controlled environment. Suitable for children and adults alike. It allows you to test your abilities in the tight tunnels avoiding the fallen rocks, stalagmites and stalactites. 

Fancy an Introduction to Kayaking? By taking part in this lesson it allows you and your family to take part in a fun, friendly new experience out on the water. You will learn paddling techniques and find out lots of top tips from their experienced instructors.

Or do you fancy an Introduction to Paddleboarding to the world's fastest growing sport? Have you seen those idyllic images of paddle boarders in picturesque places and you want it to be you? Then look no further as they have experienced instructors to take you to the next level! 

They’ve got all the top-notch equipment for you to use, so you're safe whilst having fun! So just bring yourself, crew and some spare clothes! (Unless you're feeling very confident that you won't fall in!). They also have changing rooms available for use along with secure storage for your belongings.

Feeling like you need more adventure? They offer Guided Kayaking Trips along Dorset’s beautiful coastline and even Sea Kayak Discovery Days. The Sea Kayak Adventure Days are for the kayaker who has some experience already under their belt. These adventures are based at Hamworthy being led by qualified instructors who can show you parts of the harbour you’ll be sure not to miss! Even a seal or two so, don’t forget your camera!
