Experienced Gardeners and Green-Fingered Beginners Wanted to Help Dorset Disability Charity

Diverse Abilities is calling on experienced gardeners and green-fingered beginners to volunteer at The Treehouse in Hurn, helping create welcoming outdoor spaces for children and adults with disabilities.

Diverse Abilities is seeking volunteer gardeners to help maintain and develop the outdoor spaces at The Treehouse in Hurn, creating welcoming and accessible environments for children and adults with disabilities to enjoy all year round. 

The Dorset charity is looking for volunteers of all experience levels to join its friendly gardening group, which meets every Thursday during term time from 1pm to 3pm at The Treehouse, Merritown Lane, Hurn, Christchurch. The group return after a break over the summer holidays on Thursday 10th September.

Volunteering also offers a range of personal benefits, including improving wellbeing, learning practical gardening skills, staying active and making new connections within the community.
The gardening group meets every Thursday during term time from 1pm to 3pm at The Treehouse, Merritown Lane, Hurn, Christchurch, BH23 6BA.
