About: Wimborne Model Town is a 1/10th scale representation of Wimborne’s town centre as it appeared in the 1950s. This charming miniature world invites visitors to step back in time and explore Wimborne as it was over 70 years ago. Set within nearly an acre of mature gardens, the site features a wealth of intricate details that have been added over the years. Visitors can get up close to the buildings, and even touch them, making it an engaging and immersive experience for all ages.
Like Gulliver, you can wander the 1950s streets of Wimborne. Peer down into the Butchers, the Ironmongers, the Bakery and the Fishmongers. Let the shop window displays show how much everyday life has changed in the last 70 years.
Food & Drink: With seating both inside and in the Model Town garden, the Tearoom serves breakfast and lunch and it also has a great range of deliciously tempting home made cakes. Perfect to go with morning coffee or afternoon tea. The Tearoom is also available for private parties or catering.

About: The Old Thatch serve up their very own 'Little Thatcher Menu' for children dining with them! This menu is available all week and has plenty of options, even for the pickiest kids. About: Kingston Lacy is a beautiful National Trust property in Wimborne. It is such a great day out for the whole family. With beautiful gardens to explore, the stunning Bankes Family home full of history and the fantastic play areas.

About: StreetLight project is an indoor skate park, cafe and soft play centre based in Wimborne, Dorset. This community cafe is ran by a Christian charity the set it up to benefit the local community and they really have done just that. It’s a great space that children of all ages can enjoy.
Food & Drink: StreetLight Cafe is a friendly, spacious, child friendly cafe with a great view of the Skate Park, so if you are a parent you can watch your child on the park from the cafe. They have a great choice on the menu, from freshly ground coffee to cakes plus a large selection of cold drinks.

About: QE Leisure centre offers an excellent range of facilities with the latest equipment, a great atmosphere and a real opportunity for you to socialise, relax and achieve your personal goals. Their facilities include a 25m swimming pool, climbing wall plus outdoor facilities, which the kids will love.
Pony Dayz
Where: Honeybrook Farm, Wimborne BH21 4JD
About: Seasonal themed pony riding Experiences based at Honeybrook farm, Wimborne. Riding experiences include mini riding lessons, half term clubs, and parties. It’s a great way for children to get up close with the ponies and experience al aspects of looking after them.
