Award-Winning Blue Collar Set to Bring New Street Food & Bar Venue to Bournemouth

Blue Collar, who operate the award-winning bar & street food venue Blue Collar Corner alongside pop-up street food markets and events, have announced they have signed an agreement for their second permanent venue to be in Bournemouth. 

Blue Collar, who operate the award-winning bar & street food venue Blue Collar Corner alongside pop-up street food markets and events, have announced they have signed an agreement for their second permanent venue to be in Bournemouth. 

Building on the derelict land on Priory Road, the venue will feature 1 bar, 2 floors, 3 kitchens, additional rotating street food trucks, a huge beer garden for the Summer & fully enclosed in the Winter.

They will be submitting their planning and licensing applications this month and, if approved, hope to open in Spring next year. With approximately 100 independent street food traders on their books, they plan to mix established names with the best of the local street food scene in Bournemouth.

Glen Dinning, the owner of Blue Collar, said: “We’re really excited to be in Bournemouth and believe we can help revitalise this derelict land to create jobs, support other independent businesses and bring the best of street food & drink to the South Coast. ”

Blue Collar have hosted events such as Cheese Feast, The British Street Food and WingJam at their venue in Reading and were established in 2016.
