Brasserie Blanc unveils refreshed branding and launches new autumn menu

Brasserie Blanc, the much-loved French restaurant group founded by Raymond Blanc OBE, is delighted to reveal a refreshed brand identity alongside the launch of its autumn menu.

Nearly 30 years since opening its first brasserie, the group is returning to its roots with a renewed celebration of its heritage as the UK’s leading French brasserie on the high street. The new look embodies the convivial spirit of France with a contemporary warmth, while staying true to the brand’s core values of seasonality, sustainability, and authentic French cooking. The team even traveled across France to capture inspiration, building an extensive archive of photography and film that now weaves through the brand identity, bringing the spirit of French brasserie culture to life.

This season’s menu celebrates the best of autumn, drawing inspiration from the regions of France. Guests can still enjoy Brasserie Blanc’s signature dishes such as soufflé au fromage alongside other truly French dishes new to the menu such as lapin à la moutarde and Île flottante, whilst a refreshed wine list features regional producers who champion biodiversity and organic viticulture.

Raymond Blanc OBE will continue as Chef Patron, guiding the creative direction of the menus. The rebrand also coincides with the launch of Brasserie Blanc’s new guest reward scheme on October 1st.
