The Botanist is coming to Bournemouth!

The Botanist is a new restaurant opening on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, on the 4th Floor of Bobby’s in Bournemouth Square.

This vibrant addition to Bournemouth’s town centre will feature a sun terrace providing expansive views across the town. 

The Botanist, which already has various branches across the UK, embodies bold individuality by promising live music performances from pop, R&B, indie, and soul artists, amongst others. 

Recruitment has already begun; around 80 people are expected to be employed by the restaurant. 

By bringing both employment and individuality, the Botanist hope to inject new energy into Bournemouth.
