Where to park: They provide onsite complimentary parking for all guests.
Are they family-friendly? Yes. Families are welcome, with family rooms, interconnecting rooms (subject to availability) and cots or extra beds available on request. Children of all ages are welcome in the Cambium restaurant, which offers a dedicated children's menu, while the Zen Garden restaurant welcomes guests aged 12 and over. Please note that SenSpa and its leisure facilities are exclusively for guests aged 16 and over.
Are they dog-friendly? Yes. A selection of ground-floor dog-friendly rooms is available (subject to availability), with a welcome hamper and dog bed provided for canine guests. Dogs are welcome to stay in the rooms but are not permitted in the restaurants or spa and cannot be left unattended.
