Recipe: WHITING WITH CAPER BUTTER

Ingredients

Method

Pre heat the grill to maximum
In a food processor simply blitz the capers, lemon zest and parsley with the butter
Brush the fillets with this mixture and grill for 4-5 minutes
Season to taste
Serve with a simple green or tomato salad
