Founded in 1962, Ridge is famed for terroir-driven wines of purity, structure, and longevity — crafted with organic farming and minimal intervention.

Sam and his team will be serving a 4-course menu featuring influences and flavours from across the Americas, which has been expertly paired with not 4, but 5 iconic Ridge wines.

Co hosting the evening will be Andrew Meltzer (Ridge Brand Ambassador) and Gemma Withenshaw (Berkmann Wine Cellars).
