A festive workshop with chocolatier Kerry Witt to create a chocolate advent calendar at Careys Manor, followed by festive afternoon tea and a glass of fizz.

Begin the countdown to Christmas with New Forest chocolatier Kerry Witt and create a handcrafted chocolate advent calendar. The 90-minute workshop includes chocolate tasting, guidance on tempering and piping, and decorating chocolates with festive edible lustre. The completed advent calendar is packaged to take home.

Afterwards, guests enjoy festive afternoon tea with seasonal sandwiches, freshly baked scones, Christmas-inspired sweet treats, tea or coffee, and a glass of fizz.
