The Art of Chocolate: Workshop & Charcuterie Lunch – Sunday 4th October 2026

A hands-on chocolate workshop with award-winning chocolatier Kerry Witt at Careys Manor, followed by a charcuterie lunch.

Spend a relaxed autumn morning with New Forest chocolatier Kerry Witt, learning the craft of handcrafted chocolates. The session covers truffle-making, tempering techniques and creating Careys Manor’s signature gold-dusted chocolate horses, with tastings included. Participants take home their handmade chocolates in gift boxes.

After the workshop, attendees enjoy a charcuterie lunch featuring cured meats, cheeses and seasonal accompaniments.
