Guildhall Tavern Poole joins MICHELIN guide’s prestigious roster

Exciting recognition has arrived for the Guildhall Tavern in Poole, as the renowned seafood restaurant has been officially entered into the world-famous MICHELIN Restaurant Guide.

This achievement solidifies its position as one of Dorset’s culinary gems, with only nine restaurants in the county currently holding this honor.

This announcement follows the Guildhall Tavern’s recent retention of its 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, a testament to the consistent quality and creativity of its offerings. 

The inclusion in the MICHELIN Guide underscores the dedication of the team to providing an outstanding dining experience, showcasing the finest seafood dishes with exceptional attention to detail and flavour.

The MICHELIN Guide’s inspectors assess restaurants year-round, highlighting those that excel in delivering innovation, passion, and quality. As one of 23 restaurants added to the guide this November, Guildhall Tavern has earned its place alongside some of the most highly regarded establishments across the UK and Ireland.
