Award-winning Indi’s Opens in Bournemouth

Indi's, the award-winning Indian restaurant with a loyal following at its Ashley Cross location, has opened the doors to its brand-new Bournemouth home.

The Bournemouth opening brings a tapas-style street food experience to Poole Hill, with a menu built around individual curry pastes for each dish - a detail that sets Indi's apart from most. Rather than a single base sauce adapted across the menu, every dish has its own blend, which makes for a noticeably wider range of flavours. The chefs behind it have a serious reputation, and the commitment to fresh ingredients is consistent across both sites.

To drink, the wine list is curated in partnership with Berkmann Wine Cellars - the current On Trade wine merchant of the year - with each wine chosen specifically to complement the menu. Alongside that, handcrafted cocktails, Indian and western lagers, and a full spirits selection.

It's not the first time Indi's has been recognised for what it does. The restaurant was named Indian Restaurant of the Year 2025 for Southern England by the LUXlife Hospitality Awards - its second consecutive win, following the Most Authentic Indian Restaurant in Southern England award in 2024.

Private dining and outside catering are available at the new site for those planning events or celebrations.

Indi's Bournemouth is open Monday to Thursday 12-2pm and 5-11pm, and Friday to Sunday 12-11:30pm. Booking is recommended.
