Sam’s Supper Club is their monthly celebration of good food, great wine, and even better company.

Thursday 22nd October - The Lebanese Banquet?

Join them for a very special evening celebrating the food and wine of Lebanon. For one night only, Sam is teaming up with renowned Lebanese wine author and journalist, Michel Karam, and Gemma Withenshaw of Berkman Wine Cellars, to showcase the wines of Lebanon's oldest and most iconic winery, Chateau Ksara.

In a supper club first, they have invited the fantastically talented Sam Lewis, head chef of award-winning Bath restaurant 'Corkage',  to collaborate on a 6 course seafood and game inspired menu with Lebanese flavour influences, and has been paired with 5 of Chateau Ksara's iconic wines.?? With his family's Lebanese heritage and knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, Sam is sure to bring some creative and delicious flavour combinations to the banquet.

Michel and Gemma will bring together fascinating stories of Lebanon, its vineyards and wines that have helped put the country on the international wine map.

Thursday 26th November - The Charity Banquet - Their chosen charity that they will be raising funds for this year is Dorset based charity, Diverse Abilities, Co hosted by Harry Redknapp who is a Patron of the charity.
