For one night only, Sam teams up with Lebanese wine author and journalist Michel Karam and Gemma Withenshaw of Berkman Wine Cellars to showcase the wines of Lebanon’s oldest and most iconic winery, Chateau Ksara.

Head chef Sam Lewis (award-winning Bath restaurant Corkage) collaborates on a six-course seafood and game-inspired menu with Lebanese flavour influences, paired with five Chateau Ksara wines.

Michel and Gemma share stories of Lebanon, its vineyards and wines that helped put the country on the international wine map.
