SEVENTA EVENTS AWARDED CONTRACT TO OPERATE BOURNEMOUTH'S ICONIC WEST CLIFF BEACH BAR

Seventa Events has been selected by BCP Council as the successful operator of the West Cliff Beach Bar, a beach site in front of the previous WestBeach Restaurant, following a competitive tender process for one of Bournemouth's most prominent beachfront hospitality locations.

Situated on Bournemouth's award-winning seafront, the new beach pop-up venue ‘Palm Beach Club’, will offer a relaxed coastal atmosphere with food, drinks and entertainment, providing a welcoming space for visitors to enjoy throughout the summer months.

The appointment represents the latest investment by Seventa Events in Bournemouth's visitor economy and will see more than £100,000 invested into the venue, alongside the creation of approximately 35 seasonal jobs ahead of the peak summer season.

Construction work began on 29 June, just days after the contract award, with the team moving quickly to transform the site into a vibrant beachside destination for residents and visitors alike.

This is a significant investment in Bournemouth and a project that we are incredibly excited about. We will be investing into the site and creating around 35 jobs as we bring a beautiful Beach Club style event to life.

‘Palm Beach Club’ will be open from Mid July - September and will create a vibrant but relaxed beach venue, with bookable sun lounger seating, dining pods, and food & drink service.

Over recent years we have continued to invest in experiences that attract visitors, support local businesses and contribute to the local economy, from Christmas in Bournemouth and Christmas Tree Wonderland through to hospitality and leisure venues across the town.

The award further strengthens Seventa Events' presence within Bournemouth's tourism and hospitality sector. The company is responsible for delivering a number of major visitor attractions and events across the town, including Christmas in Bournemouth and Christmas Tree Wonderland, which collectively attract hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.
