VIDEO: Summer Menu at The Britannia Parkstone

Summer has arrived in Ashley Cross! We headed to @thebritanniaparkstone to try their brand-new summer menu, and it did not disappoint!

Every few months, The Britannia refreshes its menu to celebrate the freshest seasonal ingredients, and this summer’s selection is full of vibrant flavours.

To start, we enjoyed their Goat’s Cheese & Black Olive Parcel and their much-loved Cheese Soufflé.

For the mains, we went for the brand new Apricot & Harissa-Spiced Chicken Tagine and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream. Both packed with fresh, summery flavours.

To finish, we couldn’t resist their famous Pistachio Soufflé, followed by the beautifully seasonal Strawberry Theme dessert, bursting with strawberries, raspberries, melon, and ice cream.
