Big Flavours Lands on the South Coast as Wingstop Opens in Bournemouth

Wingstop UKI, the restaurant brand that doesn’t play when it comes to flavour, continues to grow as it opens its first store in Bournemouth today.

And in true Wingstop style, to celebrate the launch, the first 100 people through the doors will receive a choice of eight free chicken wings or signature boneless.

Located in The Square, the busy heart of Bournemouth town centre, the new 2,444 sq. ft. site will offer 88 covers in-store, marking the town’s first-ever Wingstop and an exciting new addition to Bournemouth’s food scene.

Customers can expect the full menu of wings, tenders, boneless, burgers and sides, all cooked to order and hand sauced and tossed in Wingstop’s bold flavours. From the sweet and smoky notes of Hickory Smoked BBQ to the fiery kick of Atomic and the fan-favourite Lemon Pepper, there's a flavour to suit every palate. With dine-in, takeaway and delivery options all available, there’s a way for everyone to get their wing fix.

Chris Sherriff, CEO at Wingstop UKI said: "We’re continuing to grow at pace across the UK and Ireland, but every new opening is about finding the right location and building a real presence locally. We’re excited to get the doors open, bring our signature flavours and energy to Bournemouth, and see the reaction from the town.”

The brand’s popularity has been driven by its standout product and culture-led marketing that has resonated with a younger audience. From music and fashion to sport, Wingstop UKI continues to build cultural relevance through authentic collaborations, events, and partnerships.

Wingstop's new store is located at Unit 2, Bournemouth Square, 12 Commercial Road, BH2 5LY.
