New Year at The Priory

Either join from the 30th December for 2 days, or from the 31st December for 2 days.

Between 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., where our esteemed Restaurant Manager and her expert team will guide you through an elegant evening, culminating in a traditional toast to welcome the New Year at midnight.

Before the celebrations begin, enjoy pre-dinner drinks and exquisite canapés in the elegant Drawing Room and Cloisters Bar, accompanied by the delightful melodies of our resident pianist, Julie Lewis, performing a mix of jazz and classical favourites. At 8:00 p.m., you’ll be seated to indulge in our decadent 5-Course Gala Dinner, crafted to perfection by Head Chef Stephan Guinebault and his talented team. Throughout the evening, expect to be enchanted by captivating, close-up table magic for an extra touch of wonder.
