Postnatal Pilates with Shauni at Vagabond Pilates
A supportive 5-week postnatal Pilates course designed to help new mums rebuild strength and reconnect with their bodies.
Vagabond Pilates is launching a 5-week postnatal Pilates course led by perinatal-trained instructor Shauni, designed to support recovery after birth in a safe and gentle way.
Whether you’re a first-time mum or not, these sessions offer a calm and welcoming space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body and take some time for yourself, without pressure. The focus is on supportive movement, recovery and creating a sense of community with others in a similar stage of life.
It also makes a thoughtful gift for a partner, daughter or friend, offering them dedicated time for recovery, movement and connection.
Classes run weekly on Fridays at 10:30am, starting from 17th April. Suitable for mums within the first 6 months postpartum. Babies are welcome but not required.
