Vicolo Bournemouth - New Venue Coming Soon

Popular Bournemouth Italian Vicolo to open a brand-new location

Italian restaurant Vicolo has announced plans to open a second location, with the new venue set to be revealed soon.

Good news for Italian food fans in Bournemouth: Vicolo is growing. The popular Neapolitan restaurant on Albert Road has announced that a second site is on the way, promising to bring its pizza, pasta and warm Italian welcome to even more people.

For now, though, they're keeping us guessing. Vicolo has revealed that another restaurant is in the making but is staying tight-lipped on where, teasing a big reveal to come and even asking followers where they'd like to see the next one open.

If the new place is anything like the original, it'll be worth the wait. Since launching in 2022, the Albert Road restaurant has built a loyal following for its authentic contemporary Neapolitan pizza, baked in a new-generation Italian oven the team say was the first of its kind in the UK, alongside fresh pasta, small plates, homemade desserts and a proper Italian welcome. It's become one of the town centre's go-to spots, picking up a Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice award along the way.

There's no word yet on an opening date or location, but Vicolo is promising behind-the-scenes updates as the second restaurant takes shape, with the secret spot to be revealed in the coming weeks.

If you've got a view on where it should land, the team are all ears.
