Parent & Toddler Groups (Friday Mornings) at Careys Secret Garden

A nature-led parent and toddler group in a beautiful garden setting, filled with play, storytelling and outdoor exploration.

Spend a relaxed Friday morning outdoors with your little one at Careys Secret Garden’s Parent & Toddler Group.

Run in partnership with Wildly Kind, these sessions are designed to encourage creativity, confidence and a connection to nature through guided activities and free play. Each week follows a gentle rhythm, starting with a welcome circle, songs and storytelling before heading into the woodland for exploration and themed activities.

Expect a mix of nature-based play, crafts and discovery, along with time around the fire circle and a calm closing story. Sessions are led by qualified Forest School practitioners, creating a safe and nurturing environment for both children and parents.

After the session, you’re welcome to stay and explore more of the garden, from the family zone to the café and veggie patch.
