Wishing Well Being

Upwey Wishing Well has launched Wishing Well Being, a new programme of talks and movement sessions designed to help people slow down, reconnect and find balance in a peaceful setting.

Built around the themes of Mind, Body and Spirit, the programme brings together a variety of expert-led sessions, with each event including a meal to enjoy in the tearoom or gardens.

Upcoming Wishing Well Being events include:

• Saturday 2 May, 10am–12pm – Evolve & Thrive: Understanding Perimenopause & Menopause with Joanna Richards – £21.50pp
• Sunday 10 May, 5pm–7pm – Celebrating May’s Abundance: An Evening of Mindfulness and Nature Connection with Sara Greenwood – £27.50pp
• Sunday 24 May, 5pm–7pm – Angelic guidance gathering with Claire Byrne – £21.50pp
