Bournemouth Parkrun

Bournemouth Parkrun is a free, 5km weekly running event that takes place every Saturday morning at Kings Park Athletics Stadium.

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Kings Park and AFC Bournemouth Football Stadium are signposted off the A338 Wessex Way, access by car is from Ashley Road too
