Southern Francesco Hair Salons Shine Bright at the Francesco Hair Salon Business Awards 2025

Francesco Hair Salons across the South including Christchurch, Ringwood, Ferndown, Poole and Lilliput joined colleagues from across the UK to celebrate a night of glamour, creativity, and achievement at the Francesco Hair Salon Business Awards 2025.

Hosted by managing directors Anya, Mia, and Ben Dellicompagni, the dazzling evening paid tribute to over 55 years of heritage, artistry, and innovation within the Francesco family. From long service milestones to outstanding salon and stylist awards, the event recognised the dedication and talent that make Francesco Hair Salons a name synonymous with excellence in British hairdressing.

Among the evening’s standout winners were some of the South’s brightest stars:

• Chloe Torring of Francesco Hair Salon Ringwood, who earned 2nd Place – Stylist of
• the Year, recognised for her exceptional skill, creativity, and client care.
• Louise Allen of Francesco Hair Salon Ferndown, who secured 3rd Place – Stylist of
• the Year, showcasing her artistry and consistency behind the chair.
• Lauren Clarke of Francesco Hair Salon Lilliput, who achieved 2nd Place – Newcomer
• of the Year, highlighting the exciting new talent emerging within the region.
• Molly Costanza of Francesco Hair Salon Christchurch, who was named as part of the

Spotlight Team 2026 – a prestigious mentorship programme for rising stars across the Francesco network.

The event also celebrated team members across the group for long-standing service and exceptional performance in areas including colour expertise, salon management, retail excellence, and training.

The Salon of the Year 2025 title went to Francesco Hair Salon Eccleshall, with Wolverhampton and Newport also taking top honours - but the South’s outstanding contributions were a testament to the group’s nationwide standard of excellence.
