Mark World Menopause Day with an afternoon of open conversation, practical ideas and good food at SenSpa. The 45-minute workshop explores how hormonal changes can affect digestion, energy and everyday wellbeing, with food-first ideas for navigating symptoms such as hot flushes, disrupted sleep and bloating.

After the talk, guests are introduced to SenSpa’s nutrient-rich functional food menu and invited to taste a selection of dishes, with time for a group Q&A and one-to-one questions.
