VIDEO: Come with me to The Club at Meyrick Park

A real hidden gem in Bournemouth! Just a stone’s throw from the town centre, yet it feels like a peaceful botanical paradise…

We spent the day at @meyrickparkgolfandcc and while it’s well known for its golf, there’s so much more on offer here!

We kicked off in the fully kitted-out gym with the latest Technogym equipment, followed by a super insightful Wellbeing Check. Using advanced tech + AI, it gave us our Wellness Age™, looking at our physical and cognitive health.

Then came a great session with a Wellness Coach who gave us a personalised machine induction and a proper workout.

There’s also a packed group fitness programme with everything from spinning to aqua aerobics!

Next stop: the immaculate pool area which is complete with hydro pool, sauna & steam room. So clean, calm and perfect for winding down.

We wrapped up with lunch in the bar (and a bit of work catch-up). The chicken Caesar salad was a solid 10/10.
